Re: UCO staff member death

Chris Wright, a University of California electronics engineer since 1995, passed away unexpectedly on July 31. Chris was an expert in designing the electronics circuits for the sophisticated detector systems used in instruments at Lick Observatory and the Keck Observatory telescopes. His designs are an integral component of the four state-of-the-art optical instruments in use at the Keck Observatory. Chris was a particularly good-natured fellow and he will be greatly missed by his many friends in the Observatory and the community.
