Re: ITS Service Change Announcement

I am writing to remind you of information you recently received regarding the new way to request technical support. Beginning September 1, 2006 you will be able to request technical support from one central place - The ITS Support Center.

Using the ITS Support Center ensures that you will receive efficient and predictable service. It will help us deploy the right technician for the job and it will help us track your request to make sure it's completed to your satisfaction.

Get help the following ways:

* Online: Using IT Request at: http://itrequest.ucsc.edu
* Phone: 831-459-HELP (campus ext. 9-4357)
* Email: help@ucsc.edu
* Walk-in support: 54 Kerr Hall (M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
