Re: Chancellor Names Interim SocSci Dean
Dear Colleagues:
It is my great pleasure to announce the appointment of Michael M. Hutchison as Interim Dean for the Social Sciences Division. An alumnus of UC Santa Cruz, Professor Hutchison is a much-respected economist with a distinguished international reputation. He will assume his duties on December 1, when Martin M. Chemers takes office as Campus Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor.
