Re: Legally-required posting on whistleblowing

Regarding the California Whistleblower Protection Act, attached is a copy of a notice that must be available to each faculty and staff member and posted in each department (this is a revised version of the poster sent to you last year at this time).

The campus is required by the Act to have the attached notices posted in departments by July 1, 2004. Both Word and PDF versions of the poster are attached:

Please forward the attached to all of your departments with the request to post by July 1.
