Re: Governor's Proposed 2004-05 Budget
Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to provide you with information about the 2004-05 state budget that was proposed today by Governor Schwarzenegger.
It is too soon to say with precision what the full implications of this budget, if adopted, would be for UC as a whole, let alone for our campus. It should also be noted that this budget is a proposal and will no doubt produce much discussion within California's Legislature.

As we better understand the details of the governor's proposals and UC's position on these proposals, we will share that information with you as well.
